Documents to be uploaded

Here you can find out about the documents that you will have to upload according to the level of mobility you would like to apply for: Undergraduate, Master, Doctorate, Post-Doctorate or Staff.

Please note that some EMERGE EU partner universities require additional MANDATORY documents to be uploaded with your application form. You are kindly asked to check this on the EMERGE webpage under Partner Universities.

In some situations, one prospective candidate has to upload more than one document using the same ‘field’ of the Application Form. If this is the case, then:
- You can scan all your documents into a single pdf file OR
- You can combine all pdf files (with all individual documents) into a single one; you can use free web services like adobe.com/ap/epaper/tips/acr5assemble/, sourceforge.net/projects/pdfmerge/, foxyutils.com/mergepdf/ or others.

All documents must be accompanied by an authorised translation into English. At this early stage of the application, you can translate the documents yourself. However, keep in mind that selected candidates will have to provide an official translation into English or into the language of instruction at the host university of the most relevant documents (transcripts, degree, etc.).
