The application is divided into steps:
- 1. Register for an account. Note that you are only allowed to register once. If you register and apply from several accounts the selection committee will consider only the first one.
- 2.You will receive an email with more information about the application procedure.
- 3. Enter your personal data and apply for up to two programmes.
- 4. Upload all required documents.
Your application is not complete and submitted until you have done all four steps. All applications and required documents must be submitted using our online tool. We do not accept applications or required documents sent by email or surface mail.
Start the application process by registering an account on this page. It is very important that you provide a valid email address.
Once you have successfully created an account you will receive your personal link to the application form. The link will be sent in an email to the address you enter on this page.
You can use that link, that you received in the confirmation email for registraton, to apply for up to two Universities and courses. You only have to fill in your personal information the first time.
When you submit an application you will receive a confirmation that we have received it. That confirmation also contains the link to your personal upload page. You have to upload all required documents to have a complete application. Only complete applications will be considered during the selection process.
Your file will be saved and remain accessible until you have uploaded all required documents for each individual mobility; you will be able to access and modify any information only before you press the SUBMIT button!
